Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 Lender's® Plain Bagel, split
  • 1 egg
  • 1 oz. sliced low sodium deli turkey breast
  • 1 tsp. prepared Hollandaise sauce
  • 1 tsp. fresh chives

Directions:

  1. Melt Country Crock® Spread in large skillet over medium heat and cook Lender's® Plain Bagel halves cut-side-down; crack egg into hole of 1 bagel half and cook, turning once, until egg sets and bagel is toasted.
  2. Top egg with turkey, Hollandaise, chives, then remaining bagel.
