Raspberry Chocolate Mousse


  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1 cup heavy cream


  1. Melt chocolate chips, Country Crock® Spread and preserves in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently; let cool.
  2. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Spoon into serving dishes and chill at least 2 hours.
