Raspberry Chocolate Mousse
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
- 2 Tbsp. seedless raspberry preserves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Melt chocolate chips, Country Crock® Spread and preserves in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently; let cool.
- Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Spoon into serving dishes and chill at least 2 hours.
