Brunch Time Blintz Souffle

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 2 packages (13 oz. ea.) frozen cheese blintzes*
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Pour Country Crock® Spread in bottom of 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Add blintzes, turning to coat; set aside.
  3. Stir remaining ingredients in large bowl, with wire whisk until smooth; pour over blintzes. Bake 45 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown.
  • *Substitution: Use fruit flavored cheese blintzes.
