Chunky Chipotle Chili

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground chipotle chile pepper
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1 can (16 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) chopped tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

Directions:

  1. Melt Country Crock® Spread in 4-quart saucepot over medium heat and cook onion, green pepper, garlic and ground chipotle chile pepper, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until heated through.
