Toasted Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf Italian bread, halved lengthwise (about 16-inches long)
  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley leaves (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:

  1. On baking sheet, arrange bread. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; evenly spread on bread. Broil until golden. Cut into slices and serve warm.
