Halloween Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 cup finely chopped sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In shallow dish, combine Country Crock® Spread, honey and cayenne pepper sauce. In another shallow, combine chopped almonds with bread crumbs.
  3. Dip chicken in Spread mixture, then almond mixture. On baking sheet, arrange chicken; press sliced almonds onto ends of chicken.
  4. Bake 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
