Grilled Fruit with Spicy Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 6 Tbsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt, divided
  • 1 loaf (12 oz.) store-bought pound cake
  • 3 medium peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled and halved crosswise
  • 6 slices fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine Country Crock® Spread, brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt in medium bowl. Quickly dip one cake slice in seasoned salt mixture, then immediately place on grill; repeat with remaining slices. Grill, turning once, 2 minutes or until golden. Add fruit to remaining seasoned salt mixture; toss to coat. Grill, turning once, 4 minutes or until golden.
  2. Combine preserves, remaining 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until melted. Stir before serving. Drizzle over pound cake and fruit. Garnish, if desired, with sour cream or whipped cream.
