Spiced Corn Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 package (12 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine all ingredients except corn in large bowl with wire whisk; stir in corn. Turn into greased 1-quart shallow casserole.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until golden.
