Sweet Spiced Squash

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 medium acorn squashhalved and seeded

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine Country Crock® Pumpkin Spice Spread with brown sugar in small bowl. Arrange squash, cut side up, medium shallow baking dish. Evenly brush cut side with Spread mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until squash is very tender.
