Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 2 lbs. asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Melt Country Crock® Spread on baking sheet. Arrange asparagus on baking sheet, then drizzle with vinegar. Roast 15 minutes or until asparagus are crisp-tender. Season with pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature.
