Preheat oven to 350°. Grease two 9-inch round cake pans, then line with parchment or waxed paper; set aside.
Combine flour and baking powder in medium bowl; set aside.
Beat granulated sugar with Country Crock® Buttery Sticks in large mixing bowl, with electric mixer, until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add egg and egg whites and beat, scraping sides occasionally, until well combined, about 3 minutes. Beat in milk and vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat just until combined. Stir in orange peel. Spoon batter into prepared pans.
Bake 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on wire racks; remove from pans and cool completely.
Combine confectioners sugar with orange juice. Arrange 1 cake layer on serving plate. Evenly top with 1 cup strawberries, then drizzle with 1/2 of the glaze. Top with remaining cake layer, strawberries and glaze.
