Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook until tender, about 10 minutes; drain.
  2. Return hot potatoes to saucepan; add Country Crock® Spread and mash. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper.
