Buffalo Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce*
  • 4 ounces cooked chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded low fat cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese, divided

Directions:

  1. Evenly spread Country Crock® Spread on bread, then cayenne pepper sauce on the other side. Arrange 2 bread slices, spread-side-down, in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Evenly layer with remaining ingredients. Top with remaining bread, spread-side-up. Cook, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
