Buttery Butternut Squash & Cranberry Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages (20 oz. ea.) peeled and cubed butternut squash
  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Combine all ingredients in shallow 3-qt. baking dish.
  2. Bake until squash is lightly golden and tender.
