  • 3 Tbsp. Country Crock® Simply Delicious, divided
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 cup assorted fresh fruit

Directions:

  1. Beat 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Simply Delicious and eggs with wire whisk in medium bowl.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Simply Delicious in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until eggs are thoroughly cooked, about 2 minutes.
