Fanned Baked Potatoes

Serve up oven baked potatoes that will make everyone a fan.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Make 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick crosswise cuts into each potato cutting only 3/4 of the way through to bottoms. Arrange on rimmed baking sheet and brush evenly with melted Country Crock® Spread.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
