Country Crock Creamy Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (1 lb.) confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Beat all ingredients in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Makes 2 cups, enough to frost two 8 or 9-inch layers or 32 cupcakes.

If desired, tint frosting to a preferred color.
