Fruity Granola Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped mixed dried fruits, (apricots, cherries, blueberries, raisins and apples)
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 3/4 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°. Brush 13 x 9-inch baking pan with additional Country Crock® Spread; set aside.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, dried fruits, oats, pecans, brown sugar and flax seeds in large bowl. Stir in Country Crock® Spread until blended. Evenly spread into prepared pan.
  3. Bake 50 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 20 bars.

TIP: Store granola bars wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container. To re-crisp, arrange on baking sheet and bake at 350°. Cool completely.
