Country Crock Buttery Compound Caesar Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine Country Crock® Spread, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, lemon peel and juice in medium bowl.
  2. Spoon mixture into small cup. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week.

TIP: Delicious tossed with steamed green beans or roasted asparagus or zucchini squash. Also great as a topping for broiled fish or to spread on crusty bread!
