1 box (15.25 oz.) French vanilla pudding in the mix cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
3 sticks Country Crock® Buttery Sticks, cut in pieces
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside. Prepare cake batter as package directs using water, oil and eggs. Evenly spread into prepared pan.
Bake 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine flour, brown sugar granulated sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Add Country Crock® Buttery Sticks and blend with pastry blender until very coarse crumbs form.
Using fingers, press crumb mixture together to form larger crumbs and sprinkle over partially baked cake. Continue baking 20 minutes or until cake is set and crumbs are lightly golden. Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle if desired, with confectioners sugar and cut into 16 pieces.
