Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch baking pan and line bottom with parchment or wax paper; set aside.
Beat Country Crock® Buttery Sticks and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer, scraping sides of bowl occasionally, until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes, .
Beat in eggs one at a time, then beat until very pale and creamy, about 2 minutes.
With mixer on low speed, beat in flour, baking powder and salt, then gradually beat in milk and vanilla until blended. Beat on high 3 minutes, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Evenly spread into prepared pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan and remove parchment paper; cool completely.
