Buttery Whipped Chocolate Ganache Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 4 Tbsp. Country Crock® Buttery Sticks, cut up
  • 1 package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Bring heavy cream and Country Crock® Buttery Sticks just to a boil in small saucepan or in microwave safe bowl in microwave.
  2. Pour hot cream mixture over chocolate chips in medium bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Chill, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 45 minutes.
  3. Beat mixture in large bowl with electric mixer on medium-high speed until lighter in color and frosting consistency.
