Creamy Ganache Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 Tbsp. Country Crock® Buttery Sticks, cut up
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Bring heavy cream and Country Crock® Buttery Sticks just to a boil in small saucepan or in microwave safe bowl in microwave.
  2. Pour hot cream mixture over chocolate chips in medium bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth; chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is frosting consistency, about 45 minutes.
