Sizzling Chipotle Sirloin

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp. Country Crock® with Sunflower Oil, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. grated lime peel
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder
  • 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Directions:

  1. Combine 3 Tbsp. Country Crock® with Sunflower Oil, cilantro, lime peel, lime juice and chili powder in small bowl.
  2. Season steak with sea salt. Melt remaining 1 Tbsp. Country Crock® with Sunflower Oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak, turning once, to desired doneness. Remove to to cutting board; let stand 5 minutes, then slice.
  3. Arrange sliced steak on serving platter, drizzle with any pan juices, then top with flavored spread.
