Baked Buttery Cod

Ingredients:

  • 1 -lb. cod fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 Tbsp. Country Crock® with Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 3 Tbsp. seasoned panko bread crumbs
  • Lemon wedges

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Arrange cod on baking sheet. Combine Country Crock® with Sunflower Oil and lemon peel and spread on top of cod. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and press to adhere.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork.
  4. Transfer to serving dish and drizzle with pan drippings. Serve with lemon wedges.
