Grilled Street Corn

Ingredients:

  • 8 ears corn-on-the-cob, husks removed
  • 4 Tbsp. Country Crock® with Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

  1. Heat outdoor grill. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Combine Country Crock® with Sunflower Oil, sriracha, ginger, garlic and lime peel in small bowl. Brush on hot corn and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges if desired.
