Ingredients
Chocolate Mug Cake from Box Mix
4 tablespoons boxed chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons Country Crock® Original Spread, melted, plus more for brushing
Optional, for serving: whipped cream and sprinkles

3 tablespoons Dutch process cocoa powder
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons Country Crock® Original Spread, melted, plus more for brushing
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon hot water
Instructions
Chocolate Mug Cake from Box Mix
Brush a 12-16 ounce mug with Country Crock®.
In the mug, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Serve warm within 10 minutes topped with whipped cream and sprinkles, as desired.

Brush a 12-16 ounce mug with Country Crock.
In the mug, whisk together all of the dry ingredients, followed by the wet ingredients until smooth.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Serve warm within 10 minutes topped with whipped cream and sprinkles, as desired.
