Ingredients
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
2 tablespoons Country Crock® Original Spread
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
12 slices 2% milk American cheese single, cut into thin strips
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
8 ounces whole wheat elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Instructions
Whisk milk, Country Crock® and flour in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, then stir in cheese and seasoned salt until cheese is melted. Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir just until smooth. Stir in macaroni.
