Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add leftover stuffing and eggs, mix well.
  2. Gradually add broth to the stuffing mixture until it is well-moistened. Tip: Make sure that leftover turkey stuffing does not have any large pieces of vegetables.
  3. Preheat the waffle maker and grease gently with about 2 teaspoons Country Crock Original Spread.
  4. Add 1/6th of the stuffing mixture to the preheated and greased waffle maker and spread evenly with a spatula or spoon.
  5. Close the lid until the waffle bakes thoroughly, approx. 5-6 minutes, or once it’s golden-brown.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining Country crock and remaining stuffing mixture.
  7. Serve the waffles with cranberry sauce, warm leftover turkey gravy, and more Country Crock Original Spread!
