Flatten your crustless bread to ¼ inch thick using a rolling pin.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the bread, and roll the bread up tightly. Repeat with all slices of bread.
Melt 2 tablespoons of Country Crock® Original Spread and brush it on to your rolls.
Add your other 2 tablespoons of Country Crock® Original Spread to a skillet on medium heat. Add your rolls and cook until all sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serve immediately (we love them with tomato soup!)
