Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Plant Butter with Almond Oil Stick
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 4 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread Country Crock® Plant Butter with Almond Oil on 1 side of each bread slice.
  2. Place 2 slices, (buttered side down) in 12-inch nonstick skillet. Top each slice with half of the spinach, tomato, basil then cheese, then remaining bread slice (buttered side up).
  3. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, turning once, about 8 minutes.
