  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Plant Butter Sticks with Avocado Oil (or 1 stick), melted
  • 1 brownie mix box
  • 6 - 8 large oranges
  • 1 cup coconut or dairy-free whipped cream

  1. Prepare a campfire until it has glowing embers.
  2. Using a knife, slice off the top 1 inch of the oranges and with a spoon, scoop out the pulp from both parts of the oranges.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, prepare brownie batter as per the package instructions (using melted Plant Butter in place of oil).
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the hollow oranges until 1/2 full.
  5. Put the top of the oranges on.
  6. Wrap each orange in aluminum foil and place top-up 3 to 4 inches from campfire embers for around 25-40 minutes. (insert skewer to check until it comes out clean).
  7. Remove from heat and unwrap the foil.
  8. Take off the orange lid and let it cool.
  9. Serve and enjoy topped with whipped cream.
