Country Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

- 8 slices rye bread
- 3/4 lb. deli ham
- 1/2 lb. deli sliced cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
- 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
- On 4 bread slices, evenly arrange ham, cheese and tomato, then top each with remaining bread slices. Evenly spread top side of sandwiches with 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread.
- Preheat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook sandwiches, Spreadable Butter side down, 2 minutes or until golden.
- Evenly spread tops with remaining 2 tablespoons Spreadable Butter and turn. Cook an additional 2 minutes or until golden.
