Country Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 3/4 lb. deli ham
  • 1/2 lb. deli sliced cheddar cheese
  • 1 large tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread


  1. On 4 bread slices, evenly arrange ham, cheese and tomato, then top each with remaining bread slices. Evenly spread top side of sandwiches with 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread.
  2. Preheat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook sandwiches, Spreadable Butter side down, 2 minutes or until golden.
  3. Evenly spread tops with remaining 2 tablespoons Spreadable Butter and turn. Cook an additional 2 minutes or until golden.
