Preheat oven to 375°. Combine Country Crock® Spread, sugars, eggs and vanilla in large bowl with wooden spoon until blended. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Drop dough by level tablespoons, 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 9 minutes or until cookies look puffed and dry. Let cool on wire rack 2 minutes; remove from sheets and cool completely.
