We substituted buttery Country Crock® for oil in this scrumptious spicy fries recipe.

  • 2 lbs. potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.
  2. Toss all ingredients in large bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Arrange potatoes in single layer on prepared sheet. Bake, turning once, 50 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crisp.
