In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. With pastry blender or two knives, cut in Country Crock® Baking Sticks until mixture is the size of fine crumbs. Stir in water until dough forms. Shape into a flat circle, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
On floured surface with floured rolling pin, roll out dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into 2 to 3-inch squares; lift onto parchment or waxed paper lined baking sheet. Set aside.
In 4-quart saucepan, heat oil to 375°F. Fry dough, a few pieces at a time, until golden, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Arrange on serving platter and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
