1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground chipotle chili pepper
1 1/2 lbs. sweet potatoes or or yams, cut into wedges
Melt 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Spread in small saucepan over medium heat and cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes.
Combine onion mixture, Mayonnaise, honey and ground chili pepper in small bowl; set aside. Microwave remaining 5 tablespoons Spread in large microwave-safe bowl, at HIGH 15 seconds or until melted. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
Grill potatoes, turning occasionally and brushing with any remaining Spread, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Serve with Honey Chipotle Dip
