Broccoli au Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 package (12 oz.) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Broccoli Cuts

Directions:

  1. Combine bread crumbs, Country Crock® Spread and Parmesan cheese in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cheddar cheese and milk in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute, stirring once or until cheese is melted; stir until smooth.
  3. Spoon cheese sauce over hot Birds Eye® Broccoli Cuts, then sprinkle with bread crumb mixture.
