In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat Country Crock® Spread, 1 cup confectioners sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Gradually beat in flour and salt, scraping sides occasionally.
Drop tablepsoonfuls dough onto ungreased baking sheets, 2 inches apart. (Dough will be soft.) With flat bottom of glass dipped in cold water, flatten each cookie.
Bake 12 minutes or until lightly golden on edges. On wire rack, let stand 1 minute; remove from sheets and cool completely.
For glaze, blend remaining 1/2 cup confectioners sugar with water. Lightly spread over cooled cookies and garnish with decorative sprinkles.
