Warm Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 large loaf French bread (about 16 in. long), halved lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • Chopped tomato (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cheese, basil, oregano and garlic powder in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Spread bread with Country Crock® Spread, then sprinkle with cheese mixture. Arrange on baking sheet.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with tomato, then cut into 2-inch pieces.
