1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
1/2 cup light balsamic basil vinaigrette dressing
6 cups mixed salad greens or mesclun
4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese or blue cheese
4 slices turkey bacon or bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
Melt Spread in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion and mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat and stir in dressing.
Arrange greens on serving platter. Top with chicken mixture, then cheese and bacon. Serve, if desired, with additional Dressing.
