1/2 cup blue cheese or goat cheese
In 12-inch skillet, melt Country Crock® Spread over medium-high heat and cook pears and onion, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until pears and onion are golden brown. Serve warm pear mixture over greens. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with walnuts and cheese.
