Preheat oven to 375°. Spray 2-quart shallow baking dish with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Beat Country Crock® Buttery Sticks with sugar in bowl with electric mixer until blended. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Add flour and stir just until smooth. Pour batter into prepared dish, then evenly top with peaches.
Bake 20 minutes or until edges are golden and center of batter appears dry. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
