2 Tbsp. natural creamy peanut butter with 1/3 less sodium and sugar
2 ounces low fat cheddar cheese
2 tsp. Country Crock® Spread, divided
Evenly spread 2 slices bread with peanut butter. Arrange cheese on top of peanut butter, then top with remaining bread slices.
Evenly spread 1 teaspoon Country Crock® Spread on top of sandwiches. Melt remaining 1 teaspoon Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add sandwiches Spread-side-up. Cook, turning once, until golden and cheese is melted, about 6 minutes.
