Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. On a parchment lined baking sheet, place saltine crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a medium saucepan, add Country Crock® Original Spread and brown sugar and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cook for 2-3 minutes until it achieves a dark caramel color.
  4. Pour the hot mixture over the saltine crackers completely and spread it with a spatula.
  5. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes, or until bubbly.
  6. Remove the baking tray from the oven and rearrange crackers if needed, and sprinkle chocolate chips over the saltine crackers.
  7. Wait a couple of minutes for the chips to melt. Spread the melted chocolate chips with a spatula to cover saltine crackers evenly and completely.
  8. Now add the Easter chocolates, mini eggs, M&Ms®, and sprinkles of your choice.
  9. Place the baking tray in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate.
  10. Break the Bunny Bark into pieces and enjoy.
