Preheat oven to 350°. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil letting foil extend pan by 2-inches. Brush foil with additional Country Crock® Spread.
Combine crumbs with Spread in medium bowl. Press onto bottom and 1/2-inch up sides of prepared pan. Pour milk over crumbs, then sprinkle with raisins, chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until edges are golden and chips are melted. Cool on wire rack 20 minutes. Lift by foil edges onto rack and cool completely. Cut into 24 bars.
