Spread 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread onto 1 side of bread slices. Toast in skillet over medium-high heat, turning once until golden, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Melt remaining 2 tablespoons Spread in same skillet over medium-high heat and cook zucchini and red pepper, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Sir in garlic; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Stir in tomato; cook until slightly softened, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in basil. Evenly spoon onto toasts.
