Melt 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onions, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender, about 7 minutes. Add peaches and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in basil, 1 tablespoon Spread and salt (Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons water if mixture seems dry.)
Brush chops with remaining 1 tablespoon Spread. Sprinkle, if desired, with ground black pepper to taste. Grill chops, turning once, until done.
