Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 6 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Directions:

  1. Combine Country Crock® Spread, parsley, garlic, lemon peel and juice and garlic in medium bowl.
  2. Spoon mixture into small cup. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week. .

TIP: Delicious tossed with steamed green beans, broccoli or roasted vegetables. Also great spooned over sauteed shrimp or chicken breasts or broiled seafood!
