Cucumber Sandwiches

Simple, refreshing and perfect served with tea. Try this classic cucumber sandwich made with Country Crock® Spread.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and very thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 slices country-style bread or whole wheat bread, crusts removed
  • 2 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 1/2 tsp. snipped fresh dill

Directions:

  1. Toss cucumber with lemon juice and olive oil in medium bowl.
  2. Spread Country Crock® Spread on 2 bread slices. Top with cucumber, dill and remaining bread slices. Cut into shapes with cookie cutter or triangles.
